Missionarywork and missionaries :)

Hello!

So I guess if you are reading this you probably know me a little, or a lot or you THINK you know me lol. I am just happy I know myself lollers :D I am so funny. Yes. Indeed. Anywhooo... How are you dear reader? I am really happy and content. Which is NOT usual for me. I often have really bad anxiety. BUT, as I have said many times in this blog, my anxiety has been gone since I started spending a lot more time with the missionaries.

You know why? I think I have a few theories...

1. Missionaries give me that good feeling of being part of the group, they never leave anyone to the side, they are very inclusive and friendly

2. The nostalgia. Obviously, I have grown up with the missionaries in my life

3. They speak my happy language: English. The language English and missionaries are forever intertwined in my mind. I studied English for years at the university and of course before that too. English is my "work language" as you have probably guessed?

4. Missionaries are spiritual and shine a light everywhere they go.

5. When I visited Germany, they were there so it felt like home. I lived in Stockholm and they were there too. ETC.

That's about it :) I can't think of anymore reasons. Just that missionaries are awesome! :)

I love the missionaries and spending time with them and helping them with everything I can.

More later! :)

My trip to Finland's old capitol: TURKU and fun times with the missionaries...

Good morning! :) How goes it? I am happy and I am going to the Temple today with my best friend from my ward... Anywhooo... I visited Turku/Åbo at the end of November. It was a blast. I spent four days in the old capitol of my country, which in my humble opinion should have been kept as the capitol... As a person from Tampere/Tammerfors I should maybe expected to NOT like Turku, but like my father - I do like Turku and have liked it for a long time. I stayed at my friends' place and they were so kind to me and I could "do my stuff" there in peace, like reading, writing and listening to music. I also loved attending the zoom -meetings that I had during my stay. My lovely friends are originally from Jyväskylä. We have known each other for years... Sorry, long intro... :D  I spent four fabulous days in Turku. On Thursday I arrived and didn't meet with the missionaries that day, I rested from my trip to Turku. I arrived in the morning. OK. Sorry for the long backstory. ...

Boss/Mom and her excellent children :)

Good afternoon! This post is about two things: 1. How awesome missionaries are 2. How I am always on their side come what may SO. There has been a little break from last week's Tuesday until this week's Tuesday when I couldn't go to church or the activities at church. I had the flu... :( A little remnants still but almost okay now. I went to Game night this week on Tuesday. It was good. I spent a lot of time talking with one of the sisters and we played the piano for each other.. Then I also got a blessing because my anxiety has been acting up again. I must say, our elder Heaton is like a big brother, even to me! :) So wise and je ne sais quoi. Just a really good person. I am so grateful for all my bonus children.  I do not really remember if I told you in this blog that I am saving up money to go to Utah next year with my mom :) I have never been there. We have two relatives and their families living in Salt Lake City... I have like a billion children in Utah lol. Not a b...

Stake conference and a lot of missionaries

Good morning from Finland! :) Hope you are all doing well. I am doing really well.  Last weekend we had our stake conference, and this time it was .in Turku. the old capitol of our country. I like Turku a lot.. The people are nice, the ocean is close by (makes me feel at home, because I lived in Stockholm 12 years). I used to pass through Tukru A LOT when I lived in Stockholm... I got a ride there with my friends. That was really nice. On Saturday we arrived and we had the evening meeting at the church. I only said a quick word to the missionaries and left early because I was hungry and tired. I spent the night at my friend Virika. It was really nice. We watched "Isn't it romantic?" -a romantic comedy on Netflix, we also ate pizza. Sorry, this blog has turned more into a "normal blog" with a dash of missionaries! I am sorry! So. On Sunday I went a little earlier to the theater where we had our Sunday meeting. I sat before the meeting in the back corner and most...
